How much does a luxury tent wedding cost in India?
A luxury tent-city wedding typically starts around ₹6.5 lakh for an intimate 40–80 guest setup and scales with guest count, tent specification and décor. Mid-size weddings of 150–350 guests usually range between ₹18–45 lakh all-in. We share a transparent, itemised quote after a short planning call.
How many guests can you accommodate on-site?
We have built guest villages from 12 tents up to 500+ tents on a single site, comfortably housing 40 to 1,000+ guests. Capacity depends on land area and services — we assess your venue and design the layout accordingly.
How long does it take to set up a wedding tent city?
A typical wedding build takes 4–10 days on-site depending on scale, plus design and logistics planning before that. For large destination weddings we recommend confirming 8–12 weeks in advance to lock dates and inventory.
Are the tents air-conditioned with proper washrooms?
Yes. Our suite tents are climate-controlled (AC or heating as the season needs) with en-suite, hot-water washrooms, proper flooring, premium linen and lighting — closer to a boutique hotel room than a campsite.
Do you travel to any location in India?
Yes — we operate pan-India, including remote and off-grid venues such as deserts, riverbanks, farmland, palaces and hill stations. We bring power, water management and full infrastructure to sites that have none.
Do you handle décor and catering, or just the tents?
We can deliver fully turnkey — tents, structures, interiors, décor, lighting, dining and staffing — or work alongside your existing planner and caterer. Most couples choose a single-team turnkey build for a seamless result.
