Sanitation-complete layouts
Every tent cluster is designed with dedicated washroom blocks, running water, hand-wash stations and waste management — meeting the needs of thousands of pilgrims over days or weeks.
Large-scale guest capacity
From 200 to 5,000+ pilgrims — we design tent villages with streets, wayfinding, rest shelters and community dining under a single managed plan.
Power & infrastructure
Solar-assisted generators, LED lighting, water tankers and on-site storage — off-grid self-sufficient campuses where municipal infrastructure doesn't reach.
VIP & donor zones
Premium suite-tent clusters with en-suite washrooms and air-conditioning for institutional sponsors, temple trustees and high-value guests — within the same managed campus.
End-to-end management
Security, housekeeping, medical triage points, queue management and stewarding — a trained hospitality team manages the campus so organisers can focus on the spiritual programme.
Cultural sensitivity by design
Male/female segregated facilities where required, vegetarian-only dining zones, prayer space allocation and noise-curtailment protocols — our layouts respect the religious character of every gathering.

Pilgrimage tent city — answers.
How large a pilgrimage tent city can you build?
We have designed and managed campuses from 200 to 5,000+ occupants. For Kumbh-scale events, we work in modular blocks and can coordinate multiple phases across the event window. The practical upper limit depends on land allocation from the event authority.
Do you handle permissions and coordination with the event authority?
We advise on typical requirements and have prior experience coordinating with state government bodies and mela authorities. Final permits are the responsibility of the organising body, but we support with layout drawings, camp master plans and documentation that authorities typically require.
What sanitation standards do your pilgrimage camps meet?
Our minimum specification includes one toilet per 10 occupants, dedicated female blocks, running water, daily cleaning and waste-removal contracts. VIP zones include en-suite facilities. We can meet or exceed standards stipulated by mela authorities.
Can you provide both VIP suite tents and standard pilgrim accommodation in one campus?
Yes — multi-tier campus design is our standard approach for large religious events. Separate zones with appropriate standards are integrated into a single managed plan, with shared communal facilities and separate service entrances.
What is the lead time for a Kumbh Mela or large pilgrimage camp?
For events at the scale of Nashik Kumbh 2027, we recommend beginning planning 18–24 months in advance to secure inventory, coordinate with authorities and allow for design iterations. Smaller seasonal mela setups can be planned in 2–4 months.
